Everyone loves a good streaming service but sometimes we don’t want to subscribe to and entire service just for 1-2 TV shows on it.
That’s where buying your TV shows through complete series on iTunes comes in handy. However, then you come across an issue of seeing seasons through the weird format the way the Apple TV app has it set up, which is unlike modern-day streaming services that will enable users to view TV shows season by season.
The “weird” format can be seen below.
Thankfully, there is a way in the Apple TV app to see your complete series of shows season-by-season.
Here are the following steps:
- Find the complete series of the show you are wanting to watch in the Apple TV app
- Add an episode to your “Up Next” section in the app (if you have not already done so)
- Tap on the image of the episode once it enlarges itself
- From there, it should show the episode from the season you were most recently watching, future episodes in that season, and give you the option above the episodes to change the season and episode.
This method works on devices like the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and Mac.
