Apple has started rolling out Security Response Update (a) for supported devices running iOS 16.5.1, iPadOS 16.5.1, and macOS Ventura 13.4.1. These updates come almost three weeks after the release of iOS 16.5.1, iPadOS 16.5.1, and macOS Ventura 13.4.1 which included bug fixes and security improvements. Apple keeps refining the software experience with every update whilst also fixing security issues with Rapid Security Response updates.

According to Apple, this security response update fixes a WebKit vulnerability: This vulnerability has the potential to process maliciously crafted web content, which may lead to arbitrary code execution. Apple has improved checks to address this actively exploited vulnerability.
Discovered & Reported by: An anonymous researcher.

You can expect the size of the update to be around 2-3 MB on your iPhone & iPad, and around 130-150MB on your Mac.

To update your supported iPhone, iPad, and Mac, navigate over to Settings>General>Software Update and you will see the new Rapid Security Response update. In case you do not see the update, you can restart your device and make sure that it is connected to the internet. It is highly recommended to update your iPhoneiPad, and Mac for the best security.
