When Apple introduced the Vision Pro last summer, the company said it would be available initially in the United States, but what about the rest of the world?

According to Ming-Chi Kuo, he expects the highly-anticipated spatial computing device to be available in other countries before WWDC, which is expected to take place this June. The reason Apple wants to push the device to more countries before WWDC is that Apple plans to share even more details about visionOS with developers outside the U.S. This will allow even more developers around the world to develop and prepare more apps for Vision Pro and therefore expand the visionOS ecosystem. The next countries that Apple considers include United Kingdom, China, and Canada.

As mentioned before, due to limited supply, Vision Pro will be available in the U.S. initially with an estimated shipment of 80,000 units; therefore, with all the hype around this device, we can see short supply yet high demand and thus longer shipping delays. So if you want to try out the Vision Pro at your local Apple Store, you may want to sign up as it’s first come, first served.

Vision Pro, powered by the M2 and R1 chips, will start at $3,499 with 256GB of storage and 16GB of unified memory. Pre-orders will start on Friday, January 19 at 5 a.m. PST. Availability will start on Friday, February 2.
