Apple officially announced today that it will indeed be bringing back MLB “Friday Night Baseball” this month.
The first games of the new “Friday Night Baseball” season will be on Friday, March 29, and be a doubleheader between the New York Yankees against the Houston Astros, and then the St. Louis Cardinals against the L.A. Dodgers.
Apple has already announced the schedule of the set of games for the first half of the 2024 MLB season. Games are produced by MLB Network , along with Apple’s live production team.
Apple TV+ users will also be given the ability to listen to a team’s radio broadcast if streaming the game live on video is not an option for them.
It does not appear as though the “Friday Night Baseball” games will appear in Immersive Video on the Apple Vision Pro, according to 9to5Mac. On the other hand, they can still use the MLB app on the Vision Pro for a catered experience.
However, Apple is integrating its new and recently released Sports app with “Friday Night Baseball” this year.
Apple TV+ is currently $9.99 a month. Below is where you will be able to see the schedule for the first half season games on “Friday Night Baseball.”
