When Apple introduced the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus, they brought color-infused glass backs for the first time on an iPhone, bringing more pastel-like colors. The current color options for both of those phones are:

  • Blue
  • Pink
  • Yellow
  • Green
  • Black

Now, a report from a Weibo-based leaker Fixed focus digital indicates that Apple’s next-generation iPhone 16 Plus model will add two new colors to the existing ones found in the current generation: white and purple. Since both the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus offer the same color options and they’re identical in specs (save for the larger display on the Plus), the standard iPhone 16 will likely offer the same new color options as well.

This leaker has an unproven track record for accurate leaks, so this report should be taken with a grain of salt.

For the iPhone 16 Pro models, previous rumors pointed towards new titanium finishes “space black” and “rose” with slight variations on the existing Natural and White Titanium finishes.
