A few days ago, Apple announced its upcoming event for May where we can expect Apple to announce major updates to the iPad Air and iPad Pro. Now, The Independent reported that Apple’s upcoming event “will be accompanied by an event in London.”
Although we don’t have further information on what this international event is for, this could be speculation that Apple will just hold hands-on briefings for its new iPads and accessories. The company has done this several times. The recent one happened in Toronto, Canada for the new MacBook Airs that were announced last month.
Another possibility is that Apple could launch the Vision Pro there as Ming Chi-Kuo speculated that Apple is planning to launch the spatial computing headset in several more countries in time for WWDC.
Apple’s “Let loose” event will go live on May 7 at 7 am Pacific Daylight Time / 3 pm British Summer Time. You can watch it live either on Apple’s website or on its YouTube channel.
We can expect Apple to announce new models for both the iPad Air and iPad Pro as well as the next generation Apple Pencil and redesigned Magic Keyboard.
