Mac models compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia

macOS 15 Sequoia has officially been introduced, and Apple has listed all the Mac models that will support this upcoming release.

  • MacBook Air (2020 and later)
  • MacBook Pro (2018 and later)
  • iMac (2019 and later)
  • iMac Pro (2017)
  • Mac mini (2018 and later)
  • Mac Studio (2022 and later)
  • Mac Pro (2019 and later)

In summary, macOS 15 Sequoia will support all Mac models that are compatible with macOS Sonoma except for the 2018/2019 MacBook Air. Additionally, Apple Intelligence will be available as a beta for Macs with an M1 chip or later.

macOS 15 Sequoia is now available to developers starting today, followed by a public beta sometime next month. macOS 15 will be released to the public this fall.
