Best Buy has been accepting Apple Pay in its stores, app, and website for years now and it is a great convenience for users of it.
However, there was recently a time where when users were wanting to pre-order items like new video games and other products but they were not able to do so with Apple Pay. They were instead supposed to either manually type in their card information or pay through PayPal.
That issue appears to be resolved.
Now when users go to look up items up for pre-order such as EA Sports College Football 25, Madden NFL 25, and “Mario & Luigi: Brothership” in the Best Buy app or website, it does show the option to pre-order and pay for said pre-order with Apple Pay.
This could be a big deal for users that really want to have that extra privacy and encryption of their payment information when making purchases online through Best Buy.
Additionally, those that place orders with Apple Card will get 2% in Daily Cash on each order.
Previously, the only way to pre-order items online with Apple Pay was through the Target app and website.
