Once again, Apple Card has been named the “Best Co-Branded Credit Card for Customer Satisfaction with No Annual Fee in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study,” according to a press release by Apple.
This is fourth year in a row that Apple Card has won this award. Apple Card is a co-branded partnership between Apple and Goldman Sachs.
Apple also states that the “J.D. Power U.S. Credit Card Satisfaction Study measures overall customer satisfaction based on performance across various categories, including Account Management, Customer Service, and New Account Experience.”
Apple Card is turning five years old this year, as the credit card was launched back in 2019.
As it stands right now, those that use the physical white titanium Apple Card get 1% in Daily Cash to their Apple Cash card in the Wallet app, 2% in Daily Cash on purchases made from a website or store with an iPhone or Apple Watch that accepts Apple Pay, and 3% in Daily Cash at these select merchants: Apple, Ace Hardware, Duane Reade, Exxon, Mobil, Nike, Panera Bread, T-Mobile, Uber, Uber Eats, and Walgreens.
