You could get Apple Music-edition chocolate bars (if you live in Germany)

Apparently, Apple is collaborating with German confectionary brand Ritter Sport for a once-in-a-lifetime Apple Music promotion, which is branded as “Limited Edition Ritter Sport x Apple Music”.

According to Macerkopf, in this program, Ritter Sport’s iconic 100g square chocolate bars will promote each of the five albums listed below that contributed to the history of German music across various genres:

  • “RAOP” by Cro
  • “Happy for the Future II” by Marteria
  • “Crazy World” by Scorpions
  • “Mother Tongue” by Sarah Connor
  • “Farbenspiel” by Helene Fischer

Each of those albums can be listened to on Apple Music in Dolby Atmos for an optimal listening experience.

If you snag one of those chocolate bars, you’ll find a QR code located on the back that will take you to one of the albums above on Apple Music. What makes it special is that you’ll score a free trial to Apple Music. It’s great to score free stuff just like Charlie Bucket finding the golden ticket from a Wonka bar.

Still, I think this is a fun way to promote Apple Music. It’s like getting people to vote for you as student body president by handing out candy bars under your name, perhaps.

Mark your calendars as this program will commence on Monday, March 2, in Germany, and you’ll be able to get those chocolate bars in any store across the country for €1.99 each, but act fast because this is for a limited-time only.
