Today, in addition to iOS 26.6, iPadOS 26.6, and macOS Tahoe 26.6, Apple also released watchOS 26.6, tvOS 26.6, and visionOS 26.6 to the public after weeks of beta testing. These updates come with bug fixes and major security improvements across all these platforms.

Unfortunately, these versions do not include any new Apple Intelligence features, as new Siri AI features are coming to version 27.

tvOS 26.6 will be one of the last major updates for the Apple TV HD and the Apple TV 4K (1st generation) as they are not compatible with iOS 27. Similarly, watchOS 26.6 will be one of the last major updates for the Apple Watch Series 6, Series 7, Series 8, SE 2, and Ultra 1, as watchOS 27 is not supported on these Apple Watch models. With watchOS 27, Apple will be bringing the new Siri AI to the Apple Watch Series 9 and later.

watchOS 26.6, tvOS 26.6, and visionOS 26.6 include fixes to several security issues, including WebKit, App Store, ImageIO, Kernel, and more, so it is essential to update your devices quickly. To update your devices, open Settings> General> Software Update and click on “Update Now” or “Update Later”.

If you have already installed watchOS/tvOS/visionOS 27 on your device, you will NOT see this update. Did you find any new features in the updates?
