As of today, FX and FXX original programming can now be found to stream on Hulu. This decision was made last year, as Disney now owns FX and FXX as part of their buyout of FOX and 20th Century FOX in March 2019. In addition to that, Disney owns Hulu too.
This move was also done to have a replacement for the old FX+ streaming service that was shut down in August 2019.
Programming that can now be found and streamed on Hulu from FX and FXX are Archer, American Horror Story, Fargo, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia (now has season 14, on top of seasons 1-13) and several others.
FX and Hulu plan to have original FX-styled content on the service. These shows will be exclusive to Hulu and will not premiere on the FX Network. Here are following new original FX shows that will premiere on Hulu this year:
- Devs (March 5, 2020)
- Ms. America (April 15, 2020)
- A Teacher (Summer 2020)
- The Old Man (Fall 2020)
You do not need to pay any extra fee to get the FX and FXX content on your Hulu account. It will work whether you have the basic ad-supported Hulu account, ad-free, Disney+ bundle or Hulu with Live TV. Every plan is included in this.
Hulu is available for $5.99 a month for the ad-supported version, $11.99 a month for no ads, $12.99 a month for the Disney+ bundle and $55 a month for Hulu with Live TV. Hulu is available to stream on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
