Earlier today, Apple has announced  their newest Apple Original, The Oprah Conversation. In this new exclusive show for Apple TV+, world-renowned host Oprah Winfrey will tackle relevant and political issues that affect our current society.
The first episode, titled ‘How to be Anti-Racist’ will air on July 30th and will count with the participation of best-selling author and professor Ibram X. Kendi, who wrote a book with the same title as the episode.
Ever since the Apple October Event based on services such as Apple Card, Apple Arcade and Apple TV+, there has been a close relationship between the Cupertino-based company and Winfrey. This, alongside other shows produced by and starring Oprah have been premiering in Apple’s streaming service, which continues to give a platform to cultural and socially relevant content.
Coinciding with the company values, we can see how Apple tries to shine a light on current world issues and the way they affect different aspects of the community, building their content towards a conversation that enriches people’s lives.
