Apple has focused on Health and Fitness projects in the recent years. Today, with the announcement of Apple Watch Series 6 and SE, they unveiled Apple Fitness+.
Apple Fitness+ is a new service crafted around a personalized fitness experience for Apple Watch users. With a wide range of recorded routines, subscribers can take part in a new interactive workout experience.
From Cycling to Yoga, and Treadmill to Dance workouts, users will be able to choose their favorite type of workouts inside the service.
Also, using the metrics recorded with the Apple Watch Health sensors, users can see the way they are performing and the progress they are making in the Fitness app, with the same ring system as always.
Apple is making their service game stronger, including a shared interaction with Apple Music. This will make saving and sharing music from trainings much faster and intuitive for Fitness+ subscribers.
Of course, just like any other Apple service, Fitness+ has a deep focus on privacy. None of your workout recommendations and biometric data will ever leave your device.
This service will be available in select markets at the end of the year, with a $9.99 USD monthly fee. Also, this service can be shared with up to 5 family members in your iCloud Family.
But that’s not all. Anyone who buys an Apple Watch Series 3 or later will get a 3 month free trial with their purchase.
