With Apple trying to make life easier for its retail employees, it has been decided by the powers that be in Cupertino that said employees will be receiving a bonus soon.

In a memo from the company, it states that Apple will be giving its retail employees up to $1,000 each in bonuses. Employees that will receive that amount of bonus will be employees that have worked for the company since before March 31, 2021.

Employees that started to work for Apple after that date will get a $500 bonus. Those that go to work for Apple during the upcoming holiday season will get a bonus of $200.

These bonuses will also be expanded to those who work with online sales and AppleCare.

The bonus for employees, especially the ones who have been working since before March 31, is to thank them for the work they have been doing during the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Apple did a bonus similar to this in 2018 where employees receive payouts of $2,500 of AAPL stock. However, the newest bonus will be a $1,000 simple paycheck to the employees.
