Apple is set to open the doors of a new brick-and-mortar store in South Korea at the heart of Seoul, Myeongdong. It is reportedly the largest Apple Store in the whole country. The company announced this on its Korean website today.

On the website, the Cupertino-based giant mentioned, “The largest Apple Store in Korea is coming soon in the heart of Seoul, Myeongdong, where people from all over the world will never stop. Through this store, we want to provide a source of inspiration for anyone whose imagination and creativity are constantly springing.”:

Here is the whole quote (machine-translated):

“The largest Apple Store in Korea is coming soon to the heart of Myeong-dong, where people from all over the world continue to visit, in the heart of splendid Seoul. Through this store, we aim to provide a source of inspiration that is open to all, where imagination and creativity are constantly springing up. Apple Myeong-dong, a place where you and us can communicate and inspire each other. A place that will shine brightly with everyone’s sparkling ideas awaits you.

The company added, “This is where you will interact and stimulate with each other, Apple Myeongdong. With everyone’s shiny ideas, this place is waiting for you to shine brightly.”

Last month, Apple Al Maryah Island was opened. The store is situated inside The Galleria mall in Abu Dhabi’s prestigious financial district, Al Maryah Island. Apple showcased it as having the best shoreline view.

Before that in October 2021, Apple opened Apple Bağdat Caddesi in Istanbul, Turkey, which hosts an AR exhibition developed by Tin Nguyen and Ed Cutting, alongside Turkish sound artist Oğuz Öner.
