The key point is to emphasize that everyone is human, and we all encounter various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and more. While these resources are not intended to replace therapy, they can support and enhance your mental well-being.

Mental health is something that we need to work on every day, just like we do with exercise. We need to practice maintaining our mental health. Here are some resources that can be used daily to do so.

HeadSpace app:

Practicing meditation and mindfulness every day can reduce your stress, the app includes daily meditations, sleep sounds, and more for a monthly subscription of $12.99. Get the app from the App Store here.

 

WonderMind:

Is a mental health initiative, founded by artist and philanthropist Selena Gomez. The platform is a dynamic blog that offers an approach to mental wellness. It features a range of content, including newsletters and podcasts like Baggage Drop and The Business of Feelings. Has showcased series focusing on important issues of mental health, such as “The Me You Can’t See.” This series features a diverse range of individuals sharing their personal experiences with mental health challenges and various disorders. Apple Watch Mindfulness app:

The app is available on every Apple Watch with watchOS 9 or later, it features a breathing session to relax and maintain your focus, also with an Apple Fitness+ subscription, you can listen to guided meditations on Apple Watch.

Prioritizing our mental health on a daily basis means using tools such as incorporating technology and apps into our routine. By doing so, we can practice our mental fitness.
