Yes, you read that right. Apple has removed its iconic stickers from the box of all iPhone 16 models, according to 9to5Mac. But hey, you still get Apple Intelligence! This move aligns with Apple’s goal to be carbon-neutral by the year 2030, as the packaging of the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro models are fiber-based in order to reduce their dependency on plastic.

As 9to5Mac points out, it is truly the end of an era. Apple Stickers were one of the most simple yet exciting inclusions in the box of an Apple device for several years. Many products that launched earlier this year including the Apple Vision Pro, M2 iPad Air, M4 iPad Pro also do not come with Apple Stickers.

All iPhones before the iPhone 12, used to come with two Apple Stickers in the box, after which it was reduced to one starting with the iPhone 12, and it looks like there will be 0 stickers included with the iPhone 16.

There’s only one way to get these stickers, and it’s by purchasing an iPhone 16 from an Apple Store, where stickers should be available upon request. This facility isn’t available if you’re buying your iPhone 16 for delivery, or from a carrier or an authorized reseller.

Apple is currently accepting pre-orders for Apple’s highly awaited iPhone 16 series. If you have decided to upgrade this year, you can choose your configurations and place your orders on Apple’s Website now.

The pricing has been nearly the same in the U.S. for these years considering all of these improvements.
