Thanksgiving is this week (or today depending on the day you are reading this) and many of you plan to have family and friends coming over for Thanksgiving dinner.
While that can be very fun, some might appreciate having some relaxing, soothing music playing in the background of either the room you’re having Thanksgiving dinner or from a nearby room.
Apple Music does have you taken care of this year with some playlists with something for everyone, in terms of the songs and overall music on them.
- Thanksgiving Dinner: This is the most common and probably the most popular one of them all. Apple describes it as “soulful mood-setters. Warm expressions of thanks. The soundtrack to a perfect feast.”
- Thanksgiving: The Gravy Train: Here’s another one that might come in handy for you lot this Thanksgiving made by SFJAZZ. It is described as, “with all the prepping, cooking and eating on Thanksgiving, it’s hard to be the DJ too. Here’s a rich, full-course playlist of soul-jazz, funk and bebop classics, all about food. At over three hours in length, all you need to do is pop the turkey and/or Tofurkey in the oven and press play.”
Those are the two most-notable playlists available on Apple Music that are specifically all about Thanksgiving this year.
Apple Music is available for $10.99 a month and can be streamed on the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, HomePod, HomePod Mini, Mac, and AirPlay-compatible devices.
Do you plan on using any of the playlists listed above for Thanksgiving music this year, or do you have a different playlist in mind? We’d love to hear it! Comment below or let us know on X at @appleosophy.
