Apple this week has released M4-powered iMac models to its certified refurbished inventory across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and other countries. This marks the first availability of these models as refurbished units since their October 2024 release.
The refurbished M4 iMacs are priced 15% below retail, with U.S. starting prices at $1,099 versus $1,299 for new models. Each unit includes all standard accessories and carries Apple’s one-year warranty with eligibility for AppleCare+ coverage.
According to Apple, all refurbished Macs undergo “full functionality testing” and a “thorough cleaning process and inspection” before being made available for purchase. These units are covered by Apple’s standard one-year limited warranty and qualify for extended AppleCare+ coverage options.
Each refurbished iMac comes complete with all standard accessories, including the Magic Keyboard, Magic Mouse, USB-C power adapter, USB-C cable, and power cord. The only difference in presentation is the packaging, with refurbished products arriving in plain white boxes rather than standard retail packaging.
This addition to the refurbished lineup provides customers with an official way to purchase the latest M4-powered iMac at a reduced price point while maintaining full warranty protection.
