Apple has pulled back the curtain on its executive earnings for the past fiscal year. In a newly released annual filing, the tech giant detailed the compensation packages for CEO Tim Cook and his senior leadership team.

Tim Cook’s total compensation for 2025 reached $74,294,811, representing a very slight decrease compared to the previous year. The vast majority of this figure comes from stock awards, which accounted for over $57.5 million of his total take-home pay. His base salary remained steady at $3 million, while an additional $12 million was earned through non-equity incentive plan compensation.

Apple spent over $1.7 million on Cook’s personal security and private air travel. The Board of Directors actually requires Cook to use private aircraft for all business and personal travel for security and efficiency reasons.  The filing also shed light on the transition within Apple’s financial leadership following Luca Maestri’s departure from the CFO role. New CFO Kevan Parekh earned a total of $22,467,309 in 2025, which included a base salary of roughly $891,000 and over $18 million in stock awards. Meanwhile, former CFO Luca Maestri brought in $15,482,928 during the same period.

Other senior vice presidents across the company saw relatively uniform compensation packages this year. General Counsel Kate Adams, COO Sabih Khan, and Retail + People lead Deirdre O’Brien each earned approximately $27 million. These totals are largely driven by $22 million in stock awards and $4 million in incentive-based pay.
