Apple has officially confirmed with 9to5Mac that the company discontinued the aging Mac Pro with no plans to bring any hardware upgrades to its workstation tower in the future. With the discontinuation of the Mac Pro, Apple now offers three desktops (iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Studio) and three laptops (MacBook Neo, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro), and the Mac Studio has been pretty much the spiritual successor of the Mac Pro.
