Apple Watch Users Can Earn a Special Yoga Day Award on June 21

Apple Watch Yoga Day Challenge

Apple has announced a new Activity Challenge for Apple Watch users to honor the International Day of Yoga this coming Sunday, June 21. With this new Apple Watch challenge, participants will be able to earn a limited-edition award in the Fitness app by recording a yoga workout.

As described by Apple, “Share your practice with the planet on the International Day of Yoga. Record a yoga workout of 10 minutes or more on June 21 to earn this award.”

To record a Yoga workout on Sunday, participants can open the workout app and scroll to find the ‘Yoga’ option to begin the challenge. If it is not on the list, users need to tap on the ‘+’ icon to add it.

Apple regularly introduces new limited-time awards and celebrates important health and fitness-focused days like these, with the most recent ones being Global Running Day on June 3rd, International Dance Day on April 29th, Earth Day on April 22nd, and more.
