The Apple Store App and Website are currently down ahead of iPhone 18 Pro Pre-orders as they make changes to facilitate the pre-order process for customers. Pre-orders are expected to begin at 5 a.m. PT. today.
If you missed the recent news, Apple announced several new products at its ‘”Surprise and shine” event on September 9th, including iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, iPhone Duo, AirPods 5, Apple Watch Series 12, and Ultra 4.
The iPhone 18 Pro brings a much-awaited smaller Dynamic Island, a Variable Aperture Main Camera, a larger battery, a more efficient A20 Pro chipset, and more.
In terms of pricing, the iPhone 18 Pro starts at $1,199 for 256GB, $1,399 for 512GB, $1,799 for 1TB, and $2,399 for 2TB. The 2TB variant is new on the smaller Pro. The iPhone 18 Pro Max, on the other hand, starts at $1,299 for 256GB, $1,499 for 512GB, $1,899 for 1TB, and $2,499 for 2TB. The price hikes are lower than expected for with the base model being $100 more expensive rather than $200-$300, which was previously rumored.
The phone comes in four new finishes: Black, Silver, Glacier, and a new Burgundy colour. Pre-orders will begin later today starting at 5:00 a.m. PT, and the iPhone 18 Pro will be available on September 18th.
