Apple Announces October 2018 Event

This morning, Apple announced that they will indeed be having an October 2018 event, which is currently set for October 30, 2018.

Unlike last month, where the event was held at the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park, this event will be held in Brooklyn at the Howard Gilman Opera House. Also, the events are usually held at 10 am PDT, but this time it is starting at 10 am EST.

Apple is expected to announce and unveil new versions of the iPad, iPad Pro, 12-inch MacBook, iMac and even the Mac Mini, which has not seen a new update since 2014.

One item that is expected to happen for the iPad Pro and this would be a first for it and Apple is that the newest version of the iPad Pro is rumored to not have a home button, have and use Face ID and have no notch, which is something we have seen on the newer versions of the iPhones, such as the iPhone X, iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr.

The event will be broadcasted live on Apple’s website and the Apple Events app on the Apple TV. It has not been said whether or not the event will be live-streamed on Twitter like it did for the September 2018 Event for the iPhone and Apple Watch.
