Alongside the new iPads and MacBooks this morning, Apple also subtly showed off their new 2nd Generation Apple Pencil.

The pencil offers a new mode of wireless charging, connecting directly to the iPad’s side. Or a new case is also available to charge the pencil too! Secondly, the Apple Pencil now features gesture control, meaning you can change types of brush in ProCreate for example.

When buying online, either through the app or on Apple’s website, customers are now prompted with an option to engrave their pencil with their own custom text.

The price of the pencil is the same, $129.00 and is available today with shipping times of about a week.
