Apple has had Split View on the iPad since 2015, the Spotify for iPad now officially has it available to users, according to 9to5Mac.

This means that a user should be able to have apps like Safari and Spotify open on the same screen on an iPad.

Split View is supported on all versions of the iPad, including the 9.7-inch iPad, 10.5-inch iPad Air, and both the 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pros.

Spotify is a free app in the App Store. You can also get a Spotify Premium subscription through iTunes as well in the Spotify app.

The company over the last year has added new features to their apps, such as adding an Apple Watch app. Spotify also has a Mac app that can be downloaded not through the Mac App Store, but through their own website. You can download it by clicking here.
