The new Magic Keyboard for the iPad Pro has just released, with an early release date that took many by surprise. This great accessory that has brought a new way to use your iPad Pro, which was already a great device.
Now, according to the Apple website, the Apple Care+ protection for the iPad Pro is extended to the new Magic Keyboard. Until now, this service just expanded to the Apple Pencil and other accessories, but now you can get the coverage for incidental damages every two years with all your iPad Pro accessories.
It only makes sense that Apple would allow you to protect their most expensive keyboard to date, with the 11-inch version coming at $199 and the 12.9-inch version at $349.
In order to get them replaced with your Apple Care+ subscription, Â you have to pay $179 and $199 respectively, which makes it way better than having to get a new Magic Keyboard
This measure sounds like the right thing to do, as paying for only one version of Apple Care extends to the accessories that you get for your device, no matter when you got them. Also, it makes it easier for consumers, instead of buying separate protection for each add-on.
