It’s official! Mark your calendars now because next week on September 14, Apple is holding its annual September press event virtually at its Apple Park Campus as with previous events.
We should expect this event to be jam-packed with major hardware announcements since this April. If everything goes well with supply production, we could see Apple unveil the next generation of the iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods. However, recent reports speculated that the Apple Watch could get delayed or be released with limited supply.
The AirPods haven’t seen a new generation in years, at least the standard AirPods. We can still expect the iPhone to be the star of the show. Even it won’t have a dramatic redesign, it will still be dubbed the “iPhone 13” given its small design tweaks that differentiate it from the iPhone 12 line.
For both the iPad and Mac, including the rumored, redesigned MacBook Pro, it’s more likely that Apple won’t announce any updates for those two categories at next week’s event. Instead, the company could reserve those unveilings for next month as it did with every other October. However, given that Apple has been announcing the standard iPad every September, it seems reasonable that the big company could have time to announce it next week.
You will be able to watch it live on apple.com, or you can get a Calendar reminder from the events page as well, so you can make sure you won’t miss such a big event. The event starts at September 14 10am PDT, 1pm EDT.
