A common question we’re asked about popular app and services is “Do they accept Apple Pay?”. Luckily in the release notes for State Farm’s latest app update (Version 9.20.0) the answer to: “Does State Farm accept Apple Pay?” is YES.

From the release notes:
“Have a State Farm® billing account?”„Now you can pay your bill with Apple Pay.”

So, like a good neighbor, State Farm is there to support online payments straight from your phone. Making use of FaceID & TouchID technology, using Apple Pay is more secure than entering card details online and means that only you can authenticate the purchase. On top of this, the release notes also detail into a revised design for the payment screens in order to have a better user experience.

Auto claims can also now be submitted from within the app; proving that Version 9.20.0 is a much needed update in order to compete with other leading insurance ads across the US. With this update, more Apple Card users are able to receive the 2% cashback offered under Daily Cash. Overall, the update for State Farm’s app on April 11th 2022 is a very interesting and helpful one for all those wishing to pay with a more secure payment method or Apple Card!
