Earlier this year, Apple introduced the Studio Display, and it marked Apple’s return to the consumer/prosumer display market. Since then, we’ve seen supply constraints with shipping times pushed back by about a month.

Starting today, Apple now sells certified refurbished models for its best monitor yet starting at $1,359, down from the MSRP of $1,599. These models include the base model with tilt-adjustable stand and one with the nano-texture glass, similar to that of the Pro Display XDR.

The Studio Display is one of the most advanced displays that Apple has ever made, featuring a 27-inch Retina 5K display that supports a max brightness of 600 nits, True Tone, and Wide Color support. Because the Studio Display is designed by Apple, it is deeply integrated to work with any compatible Mac you have. The Studio Display completes the true Mac experience for both the Mac mini and Mac Studio with its built-in FaceTime camera that supports Center Stage, six-speaker setup, and three-mic array.

Supplies for certified-refurbished models will vary over time, so make sure to check out the Certified Refurbished site to see great discounts on other refurbished products. Those products are basically “like-new” that are thoroughly tested by Apple for full functionality, and have the same AppleCare+ eligibility and 14-day return period as new products.
