Apple has started rolling out macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 to the public with a minor bug fix. This update comes a little over two weeks after the release of macOS Sonoma 14.3 which debuted with collaborative playlists, and more

According to Apple’s Release Notes, macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 “provides bug fixes for your Mac including:

”¢ Text may unexpectedly duplicate or overlap while typing”

Similar to iOS 17.3.1, iPadOS 17.3.1, and watchOS 10.3.1, Apple has not published any CVE entries for macOS 14.3.1, so we can assume that there are no changes in regard to security.

This update is available on all devices that support macOS Sonoma including:

  • MacBook Air (2018 and later)
  • MacBook Pro (2018 and later)
  • iMac (2019 and later)
  • iMac Pro (2017)
  • Mac mini (2018 and later)
  • Mac Studio (2022 and later)
  • Mac Pro (2019 and later)

It is highly recommended to update your Mac to the latest software for the best experience. Did you find any new changes in this update?
