The new base model 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 chip was introduced in October of last year. To reiterate, the M3-based 14-inch MacBook Pro replaced the 13-inch MacBook Pro with an M2 chip, and it was a huge upgrade over its predecessor in terms of features. You get a larger 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display with ProMotion technology, MagSafe 3, HDMI, SDXC card slot, an improved 1080 front-facing camera, and a full-height row of function keys.
You can get around a 15% discount on the refurbished models compared to buying them new on the Apple Store.
