It’s that time of year again! As we get closer to Black Friday and the holiday shopping season, as tradition, Apple has officially announced its annual Apple Store Shopping Event, which will start on November 29 (Black Friday) and end on December 2 (Cyber Monday). To take advantage of the Apple Gift Card promotion, you need to purchase any of the following eligible Apple products in either Apple’s online store, Apple Retail stores, or in the Apple Store app.
The Gift Card deal applies to the following Apple products. Generally speaking, major Apple products that were announced up to three months ago, including the M4 Macs, iPad mini (A17 Pro), Apple Watch Series 10, and iPhone 16 lineup, are not eligible for this promotion (with the exception of AirPods).
- iPhone – up to $75 (gift card value) when purchasing iPhone 15, iPhone 14, or iPhone SE
- Mac – up to $200 when purchasing either an M2 MacBook Air (13-inch) or M3 MacBook Air (both 13-inch and 15-inch)
- iPad – up to $100 when purchasing iPad Pro, iPad Air, or iPad (10th generation)
- Apple Watch – up to $50 when purchasing an Apple Watch SE
- AirPods – up to $75 when purchasing AirPods Max, AirPods Pro 2, or AirPods 4
- TV & Home – up to $50 when purchasing Apple TV 4K or HomePod
- Beats – up to $50 when purchasing Beats Studio Pro, Beats Solo 4 Wireless, Beats Solo Buds, Beats Fit Pro, Beats Studio Buds +, Beats Pill, or Beats Flex
- Accessories – $25 when purchasing the following accessories for iPad
- Magic Keyboard
- Magic Keyboard Folio
- Apple Pencil Pro
- Apple Pencil (2nd generation)
- Smart Folio for iPad Pro, iPad Air, or iPad (10th generation)
You can go to the Terms and Conditions from Apple for more specific details on the gift card value for each of theindividual Apple products.
Note that refurbished products are not eligible for a gift card, and educational pricing for iPad and Mac cannot be combined with the promotion either.
With that said, this Black Friday event has been similar to what Apple has done over the past few years with no actual discounts, but at least you’d get a Gift Card of some face value included. So if you care about gift cards, Apple’s event may be the best bet for you. And there are other sales from third-party resellers you should keep an eye out for, so the choice is yours.
