It’s the last week for Halloween-related content, but with that, it opens the door for streaming for holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Oh, by the way, some TV shows are returning back to their regularly scheduled fall programming too with new episodes.

Here are our picks this week:

  • “Rick and Morty”: The fourth season of the series will be available on HBO Max and Hulu starting on Sunday, November 1.

  • “Young Sheldon”: The show’s fourth season premiere will air at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, November 5, on CBS. It will be available for streaming the day after on CBS All Access.

  • “This Is Us”: It’s become one of the most popular network TV shows over the last few years and its first two episodes of its fifth season are available for streaming on Hulu.

Movies:

  • “Citizen Kane”: If you have been looking to get into some vintage black and white movies, this classic will give you that and a memorable story as well. It is available to stream on HBO Max.

  • Hallmark Countdown to Christmas movies: For those of you who are trying to get into the Christmas mood a little early, we understand that since 2020 has been such a rough year. This weekend, Hallmark Channel will be showing “One Royal Holiday” at 8 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 31 and “On the 12th Day of Christmas” at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 1. • “The Greatest Showman”: It’s no “High School Musical,” but a modern movie lead actor Zac Efron can sure take pride in. It can be streamed on Disney+.

Halloween Movie:

  • “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”: Today is the day you can start streaming this for free on Apple TV+ through the Apple TV app, regardless of whether or not you have a Apple TV+ account or not.

Sports:

  • Northwestern vs. Iowa (College Football): It may not sound like much of a game, but these two teams almost always play each other hard and close. The game will air at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 31, on ESPN.

  • #3 Ohio State vs. #18 Penn State (College Football): Two of the top Big Ten Conference teams will battle it out on national television. The game will be played at 7:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 31, on ABC.

  • Indianapolis Colts vs. Detroit Lions (NFL): While it may not be the biggest game of the week, the Colts are coming off of a bye week, so it will be interesting to see if they can keep up with the Detroit offense. The game will be played at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, November 1, on CBS and CBS All Access.
