Yesterday, Apple held its annual WWDC keynote, and with that, came the newest improvements and upgrades to iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and tvOS.

Although Apple spoke for a long time about the newest versions of those operating systems, as well as talk about change coming to the Apple Wallet app and updates to Apple Fitness+, one service that did not get any time in the spotlight was Apple Card.

There are a couple of improvements that Apple Card will be receiving this year once iOS 15 is launched this fall. The two updates to the service are that there will be Advanced Fraud Protection.

Apple describes it as the following:

“Apple Card users can have a security code that changes regularly to make online Card Number transactions even more secure.”

Another update is that users will be able to access their card information faster, as opposed to the current way that makes that process a little bit longer because of how many different sections of the app have to be opened.

Reddit user u/frumpydrangus has already provided a photo of this below.

As you can see, to get more information on the Apple Card, you can tap the icon with the card and numbers on it to get the information you are looking for. Of course, the app will prompt you to unlock that information with either Touch ID or Face ID, depending on the Apple device you are using.

What are your thoughts on this update to Apple Card with iOS 15? What are your thoughts on Apple Card as a whole? What would you like Apple to do with Apple Card in future updates? Let us know on Twitter at @appleosophy.
