Sky is going to be making one of its apps even better come next year.

The Sky Go app is set to be launched on the Apple TV in early 2022. It will enable Sky subscribers to watch its live and on-demand content in the app right from the Apple TV.

This will also make it so subscribers are not required to have Sky hardwired into their home or have its Wi-Fi Sky Q set-top box.

Sky has also said it is planning on bringing the Apple TV+ app to its Sky Glass and Sky Q customers by the end of this year.

Currently, the Sky Go app is only available on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, with the option to stream from the Mac via a browser like Safari or Google Chrome.
