Apple is already preparing for the next event where it will unveil the iPhone 14 and Apple Watch Series 8 lineup of products as it is pre-recording the virtual event for September ”“ reports Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.

In his latest edition of the Power On newsletter, Gurman says Apple has started producing the next Apple Event slated for September. Suggesting that there will be another virtual event and not a full in-person gathering like the pre-COVID world.

“Apple gearing up for its September iPhone launch event. This isn’t entirely surprising, but I’m told that Apple has started to record and assemble its September media event, which is likely to take place in the first half of the month (as usual).”

The last keynote in June ”“ WWDC22 ”“ was held in a hybrid system. While it was mostly a virtual event watched by millions using the internet, the company held a limited in-person gathering of invited developers at Apple Park to watch the pre-recorded video.

Gurman also notes that Apple is planning two events for this fall, continuing the path of the tradition of events in September and October of each year. iPhones are presumably announced each September while Mac and iPad-focused products fill the October gap.

“My current expectation is that there will probably be two events in the fall: that September launch and an October event for the new iPads and Macs. That would fall in line with Apple’s strategy in past years and would save the mixed-reality headset debut for next year, giving it undivided attention.”

Apple is anticipated to debut the iPhone 14 lineup this September. The devices will sport a 48MP camera upgrade, a refreshed design, 8K video, Always on Display, and 8GB of RAM ”“ the highest ever on any iPhone.

Meanwhile, the Apple Watch will see a new rugged model called “Apple Watch Pro” with a larger display, a new low-power mode, a body temperature sensor, and more durable titanium materials.
