Those looking to save some money for the rest of this year and into next year will be able to do so as long as they have a PlayStation 5.
Sony is enabling PS5 users to get a free six months of Apple Music. Please note that this is only available for new and qualifying subscribers of the music streaming service.
New users will get the full six months of Apple Music while qualifying subscribers will get five months.
What the user will have to do is download the Apple Music app to their PS5, open the app, and then follow the on-screen instructions in order to get that free trial.
The good news for users is the promo is not set to expire until November 15, 2024. It is only for PS5 users and cannot be extended to PS4 consoles.
After the free trial has ended, users will pay $10.99 a month for Apple Music unless they cancel the subscription before the free trial ends.
