Apple rolls out macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 with bug fixes and security improvements

Apple has started rolling out macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 to the public with bug fixes and security improvements.

This update comes a month after the release of macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 which also debuted with security improvements. Apple keeps refining the software experience with every 15.x.x. update whilst also fixing issues.

According to Apple, “This update provides important bug fixes and security updates and is recommended for all users. For information on the security content of Apple software updates, please visit this website: https://support.apple.com/100100

macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 includes a fix to one security flaw, according to Apple.

“WebKit:

Impact: Maliciously crafted web content may be able to break out of Web Content sandbox. This is a supplementary fix for an attack that was blocked in iOS 17.2. (Apple is aware of a report that this issue may have been exploited in an extremely sophisticated attack against specific targeted individuals on versions of iOS before iOS 17.2.)

Description: An out-of-bounds write issue was addressed with improved checks to prevent unauthorized actions.

macOS Sequoia 15.3.2 is available on all devices that support macOS Sequoia 15.0 including:

  • MacBook Air (2020 and later)
  • MacBook Pro (2018 and later)
  • iMac (2019 and later)
  • iMac Pro (2017)
  • Mac mini (2018 and later)
  • Mac Studio (2022 and later)
  • Mac Pro (2019 and later)
