Apple has started rolling out the second beta of iOS 26.2 to developers, just one week after the release of the iOS 26.2 Beta 1, where Apple added a slider to adjust the intensity of ‘Liquid Glass’ for the clock on the iPhone Lock Screen. iOS 26.2 Beta 2 has updated the Measure App on the iPhone to feature more elements of Liquid Glass, which was introduced this year. Here’s how it looks:

Another notable change in Beta 2 is a new animation for buttons like “Edit” with a drop-bounce effect.

Users are still waiting for the Liquid Glass slider to be implemented system-wide, and these could be the stepping stones. Ever since Apple rolled out the new Liquid Glass design to the public in September and beta testers in June, there have been varying opinions about the design itself and text readability, and such an option would satisfy most users.
Users who are registered as a developer on www.developer.apple.com can opt in to receive beta updates by going into Settings>General>Software Update>Beta Updates and selecting Developer Beta. Do note that these versions are not stable and are meant for testing purposes.
