The Instagram app has gone through several UI changes throughout its time in the App Store as one of the most popular apps. Although some of these changes are somewhat controversial, according to Dylan Posselt, we could see a new change to the user interface sooner, rather than later.
This biggest change could include a share sheet that gives you plenty of options for any posts on Instagram. This includes sharing the URL link, archiving, editing, and disabling like/count or comments for your own posts. On the other hand, share sheets for posts shared by someone could allow you to report, hide, unfollow users.
While many social media apps let you share across different platforms, having these share options that should be visible to the user could be a better experience when it comes to sharing on Instagram.
