It looks like service issues at Apple are not stopping! During the third day in a row, Apple’s chatting platform iMessage appears to experience some issues with certain users.

Some users – including us at Appleosophy – are reporting on Twitter that they are experiencing some technical issues with iMessage and we at Appleosophy can also confirm that we have certain issues with images and GIFs.

With all the complaints being said, for some reason, Apple’s System Status Page currently does not say anything negative when it comes to iMessage. Users are reporting issues that are “anything but text.”

Three days ago, many of Apple’s services went down, with numerous services experiencing difficulties. Services affected by the outage included iCloud, Apple Music, and more.

We will keep you updated with the current situation when this story continues to develop. In the meantime, try and use a different messaging platform.

[Update at 2:21 PM PST] Apple has apparently fixed the iMessage service issues as the System Status Page states that the issue was resolved:

“Today, 10:27 PM – 10:59 PM

Some users were affected

Users may have been unable to send attachments in iMessage.”
