Members of Costco are now getting even more bang for their bulk.
Costco members can now save money on select Apple services such as Apple News+, Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade.
According to The Verge, Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade now costs $44.99 a year through Costco, whereas it is $49.99 a year through Apple. Additionally, a subscription to Apple News+ costs just $89.99 a year with Costco, but normally costs $119.99 a year through Apple.
Apple Arcade is Apple’s gaming service that works on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac. Subscribers can play a variety of games through it and the games on it are not all available as normal games or apps through the App Store.
Apple TV+ includes popular content such as “Ted Lasso,” “Severance,” “Dickinson” and the movie “Greyhound” starring Tom Hanks, just to name a few pieces of content on it. The service is available through the Apple TV app that is available on popular non-Apple streaming devices such as the Amazon Fire TV, Roku and multiple gaming consoles like the XBOX One, XBOX Series X&S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Apple News+ gives users access to a wide range of magazines and newspapers like The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Time Magazine, WIRED and Sports Illustrated. Users can also get audio stories read to them that can also be used with Apple CarPlay.
