Earlier this week, Apple pushed out the fifth beta of macOS Sequoia to developers, and once they installed the update, some of them noticed that Apple added an all-new wallpaper in Sequoia.

This new wallpaper is a forest-themed one titled “Sequoia Sunrise”; however, it’s currently not selectable from the Wallpapers interface in the Settings app. As noted by Mr. Macintosh, it can only be accessed internally in the system files along with the complimentary .mov version for the screen saver feature, but thankfully, he was able to extract that wallpaper and put it up on his website for you to download if you don’t have the beta installed. Apple will make this wallpaper accessible to users when the final build of Sequoia is released to the public later this fall.

Apple introduced dynamic wallpaper/screensavers with macOS Sonoma last year, and Apple offers both the default abstract and live-action ones for Sonoma. So Sequoia will follow suit on get a live-action wallpaper when it officially releases to the public.
