Throwboy is continuing the celebration of the original Macintosh’s 40th anniversary once again by releasing not one, but two very elusive special-edition versions of the iconic “84 Pillow” this time.
The first one is dubbed the Tree 84 Pillow (pictured above). As the name implies, this stylish pillow has a very warm, nature-friendly appearance that mostly resembles a log thanks to its wooden/bark look with “intricate handcrafted tree details on all sides.” Additionally, there’s a small mushroom icon on the front in place of the traditional Throwboy icon that you’d find on the vanilla 84 Pillow. Maybe it’s also a Super Mario reference? Who knows? Anyways, this fun pillow is perfect for any tech enthusiast or anyone who loves the great outdoors. But you better hurry fast as only 20 are made for this special-edition pillow, and it’ll set you back $110 if you want one. That’s the highest price we’ve ever seen for any edition of the 84 Pillow, but the price should be well worth it given that you’re paying for the most subtle details that this pillow has.
The second one is dubbed the Fluffy Pastel 84 Pillow. It’s the fluffiest pillow Throwboy has ever designed for any throw pillow. With its bright fun, pastel colors, and its super cozy texture, this pillow will be the perfect, adorable addition to any home decor or tech collection. I gotta say this fluffy pillow looks more like a “Yeti” than any other pillow, and it kinda reminds me of Sullivan from Monsters, Inc. Don’t you think so? Anyways, as this is a limited-edition product, only 10 are made, and owning one will set you back $70. So hurry fast if you want to start your own collection of Throwboy’s pillows. As of the timing of this post, there are still two other special editions of the 84 Pillow that you can buy – Colorsand Golden. So there’s no better time than now to expand your collection of “84 Pillows”!
