The latest lineup of Apple Watch models has been out for several months, and a recent report from tech analyst, David Hsieh, has indicated that we could be seeing larger displays across next year’s lineup.

Starting with the mainstream “Apple Watch Series X”, the screen sizes will increase to 1.89-inch and 2.04-inch on the diagonal for the smaller and larger case, respectively. Remember that these display sizes are measured in a standard rectangle, and the displays have rounded corners that follow the design of the Watch. Although the “Series X” has not been confirmed to be the official name, it is a reference that the upcoming model will be the 10th-generation Apple Watch. On the other hand, he expects the Series 9 to have the same display sizes as the current Series 8.

Both generations of the Apple Watch SE have had the same case and screen sizes that are identical to the Series 4-6. Now, Hseih expects that next-generation SE to adopt larger displays that are identical to those of the current Series 8.

Finally, on the Apple Watch Ultra side, the current model has a display that’s measured diagonally at 1.99 inches (as a standard rectangle). Hseih expects the next-generation Apple Watch Ultra to feature an even larger 2.13-inch display, which is in line with Ross Young’s report.

The future of the Apple Watch lineup couldn’t be even more exciting with larger displays that will be more usable. If you like this article and want more Apple-related stories, make sure you follow us on @Appleosophy.
