May and this time of the year are always busy due to high school proms, as well as high school and college graduations going on across the country from coast to coast.

Still, try not to get too busy and make some time for yourself and your favorite TV shows and movies to watch this month.

TV:

  • “Young Sheldon”: By the end of this month, this series will come to an end. The series finale of the show will air live at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, May 16, on CBS and be available to stream the day after on Paramount+. It is currently available to stream on MAX.

  • “St. Elmos Fire”: It is set after the a group of recently graduated college students begin their lives as adults in the real world after said college graduation, and the pros and cons that come with that. The film is currently available to stream on Paramount+.
